- Process Engineer
Belmont Engineered Plastics is a growing plastic injection molding company looking to expand with new full-time team members! We’re looking for individuals that want to continue learning and growing with our company.
The Process Engineer will work with production operators, technicians, and area leaders while taking direction from the Manufacturing Engineer – Automation. They will work cross functionally to ensure strong procedures are documented and are in place relating to non-confirming product, samples/trials, and other molding related items.
The position will focus on the work cells in the molding department and the areas supported by the site process technicians. This will require setting up sound processes for production and waste reporting, inventory and lot management, technician training, die changes, and production visual management.
Preferred Education, Experience, and Personal Traits:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Previous experience in manufacturing
- Demonstrated human relations skills
- History of success through collaborative project/teams, and positive participation in a team environment
- Established track record with injection molding machines and processing.
- Intermediate computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and the ability to learn computer based support systems.
- Passionate about celebrating success, learning from failure and recouping from losses.
- Ability to interpret the company strategy and deliver clear KPI’s across functional departments so that all team members are working towards a common goal, without duplicating work.
- Demonstrated maturity in communication and presentation skills.
- Communicates across all levels of the organization in a concise and effective fashion.

- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
